Yes, there is public transfer of slow boat leaving from Vilingili ferry terminal at Male' City.

The bus runs frequently (every 30 mins and estimated price of ticket is USD 1). This schedule bus runs thru out the day and the journey will take approximately 18 mins. 

The taxi costs around 11-14 USD from Airport to Vilingili Ferry terminal. (Charges will vary, always check the price with the operator before travelling)
